Joni and Friends is an international ministry that encourages and equips churches to welcome and embrace individuals effected by dissabilities. We intend this group to be a free resource for anyone who wants to adapt curriculum, make a sunday school classroom accessible, create communication boards, behavior supports and visual schedules. Welcome! There are many opportunities for people with special needs to participate in their places of worship! Help us all work together to be P.A.Ls (Prvide Access to the LORD) Luke 14:13-14 :) -Please post activities that are designed to include people with disabilities within your faith communities! -Be sure that your activity description mentions how you used the activity to Provide access at your church or ministry. -It is fine to post activities that are not "religious" in nature... eg., comunication boards, schedules, social stories,care instructions, and/or onscreen instruction.... BUT, please tell us HOW it was used in "Providing Access to the Lord"- In other words...how it helped you be a P.A.L. ! -Its also great if you post someone else's activity that you have used from Boardmakershare.com!
